PURPOSE: A non-contact charge remote controller and a charge controlling method thereof are provided to prevent unnecessary power waste by activating a power transmission system of the main device in a power transmission mode for charging a battery. CONSTITUTION: A control block(1102) and an infrared ray transmission block(1103) monitors the amount of charge of the battery and transmits a charge request signal or charge completion signal to the main device. A power receiving block(1106) wirelessly receives the charge power from the main device in response to a charge request signal. A charge control block(1105) notifies the charge completion time of the chargeable battery to the control block and the infrared ray receiving block. The charge power is received as an ultrasonic wave or micro wave signal.
