PURPOSE: An output driving circuit suitable for an output buffer for a source driver integrated circuit is provided to reduce power consumption by reducing a current leakage of the output buffer in an inactive section of a horizontal synchronization signal. CONSTITUTION: An output driving circuit is used in an output buffer. The output buffer comprises a source driver integrated circuit. An output driver(415) is comprised of a pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor. The pull-up and pull-down transistors are connected to the output terminal. The output terminal outputs a source line driving signal. A sub output driver(421,431) performs an output driving operation in an inactive section of a horizontal synchronization signal and reduces a static current leakage.
