DOOR IMPACT BEAM AND IT'S MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A door impact beam and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to securely fix the door impact beam to a mounting bracket, and to reduce the volume of the door impact beam occupied inside a panel. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a door impact beam is as follows. A steel pipe, which has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of a body part, is manufactured(S-51). The steel pipe is cut in the length of a door impact beam(S-52). The cut steel pipe is heated(S-53). The heated steel pipe is molded in a mold with a cooling channel and is cooled(S-54).
