PURPOSE: An environment-friendly construction method which naturally purifies polluted river water using a difference of the mass of water molecules is provided to prevent a floodgate from being bent. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly construction method which naturally purifies polluted river water using a difference of the mass of water molecules is as follows. A movable supporter(3) or a second hydraulic cylinder is pulled by operating a hydraulic cylinder(5) formed in the rear side of a floodgate in order to discharge river water. Clean river water is preferentially discharged. The polluted river water is moved to the upper part of the floodgate, and is purified. |
