PURPOSE: An inflator fixing apparatus for a side air bag is provided to prevent a cushion from being burnt with high-temperature high-pressure gas by uniformly injecting inflator gas through a plurality of coupling holes. CONSTITUTION: An inflator fixing apparatus for a side air bag comprises an inflator(10) and a housing bracket(20). The inflator has a plurality of coupling pieces(11) which are horizontally connected to a vehicle body and a plurality of gas jetting holes(12) which are formed in the longitudinal direction of the outer circumference thereof. The housing bracket has a gas opening(21) on the top, a mounting surface(22) in which the inflator is installed, and a plurality of coupling holes(23) in which the coupling pieces are inserted. |
