摘要

PURPOSE: An encryption technique for transmitting an MPEG-4 media by adopting frame dropping is provided to control bandwidth of media and drop B frame of the lowest inter-frame dependency according to network status, thereby reducing overload of communication network. CONSTITUTION: Each atom stores information about frame. Each frame and atoms are organically connected each other. Information of the each atom is readjusted after dropping of frame B. And unnecessary frame data is deleted. The Stsz is size of a sample. The Stco is the start area of a chunk. The Mdat has data of frame. The Stts has reproduction time information of the frame.
