摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for fabricating a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is provided to prevent molten metal from leaking through the bottom opening of a plating bath using an AC electromechanical power generator, thereby improving uniformity of products. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fabricating a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet comprises a plating bath(120), ceramic channels(170a,170b), inductors(180a,180b), induction magnets(150a,150b), and zinc collection pans(140a,140b). The plating bath has an opening on the bottom and keeps molten metal therein. The ceramic channels provide a vertical path for a metal plate(130). The inductors generate electromechanical power within the ceramic channels so as to raise the molten metal. The induction magnets force the molten metal leaking through the ceramic channels to separate from the metal plate. The zinc collection pans receive the leaking molten metal and temporarily stores it.
