PURPOSE: A device for drawing out a rotor of a motor is provided to extend the lifespan of the motor by preventing the damage to a stator and the rotor when disassembling the rotor of the motor. CONSTITUTION: A shaft insertion unit(10a) is formed inside a shaft fixing member(10). A shaft of a motor is inserted into the shaft insertion unit. First and second chucks(11,12) are formed inside the shaft insertion unit. The first and second chucks fix the shaft of the motor. A base moving member(20) comprises a base support unit, a base mounting unit, and a lift unit. A plurality of wheels is formed on the lower side of the base support unit. The shaft fixing member is mounted on the base mounting unit. The lift unit vertically moves the base mounting unit.
