PURPOSE: A skin bleaching composition using a dithiolane compound, and a keratin decolorizing method using thereof are provided to secure the improved decoloration activation at the low concentration. CONSTITUTION: A skin bleaching composition contains a compound marked with chemical formula 1, salt of the compound, a chelate compound of the compound, a solvate of the compound, or an optical isomer of the compound. 0.01~10wt% of compound marked with the chemical formula is included in the composition. The depigmenting, lightening and bleaching is performed by applying the skin bleaching composition to a keratin material. The composition additionally includes an aiding agent.
