PURPOSE: A refrigerating cycle is provided to improve the operating durability and the efficiency of a compressor due to steadily collecting oil to the compressor by a temperature control unit. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerating cycle(100) comprises: a compressor(10); a condenser(20); an expansion device(30); an evaporator(40); an accumulator(50) which is arranged in a refrigerant pipe which interlinks the evaporator and the compressor; an oil return pipe(53) which supplies oil in the inside of the accumulator to the compressor; and a temperature control unit(110) which controls the inner temperature of the accumulator so that the specific gravity of the oil is greater than the specific gravity of the liquid refrigerant in the inside of the accumulator and maintains the inner temperature of the accumulator over a standard temperature.
