<p>The present invention relates to recombinant anti-Nipah virus vaccines and the administration of such vaccines to animals, advantageously pigs. Advantageously, the anti- Nipah virus vaccine may comprise a recombinant avipox virus containing a Nipah virus glycoprotein gene. The invention encompasses methods of vaccinating animals, advantageously pigs, by administration of anti-Nipah virus vaccines that may comprise a recombinant avipox virus that may contain a Nipah virus glycoprotein gene.</p> |
