PURPOSE: A CNT(Carbon Nano Tube) thin film transistor for increasing the aperture ratio of a pixel by a transparent structure is provided to increase the aperture ratio of a pixel by a transparent structure. CONSTITUTION: A source and a drain are formed on a decomposable polymer substrate(10). A transparent flexible polymer channel(30) is formed on a source and a drain. A transparent flexible gate insulating layer is formed on a polymer channel. A transparent flexible gate layer(50) is formed on the gate isolation layer. A passivation(60) is formed on a top layer. The degradable polymer substrate is formed with biodegradable, biodisintergrable, and photolytic material.
