PURPOSE: A bottle cap is provided, which can seal the bottle in the normal times by blocking up the opening, but if a user shakes the bottle up and down when needed, then the content is leaked. CONSTITUTION: A bottle cap includes: a first leak cover(20) in which the leak path is formed communicating with the inside of bottle, and which is installed to cover the opening of the bottle(10); a second leak cover(30) which opens the leak path of the first leak cover if it is separated from the first leak cover, and blocking up the leak path of the first leak cove if it closely adheres to the first leak cover; a third leak cover(40) in which the leak path is formed, and the first leak cover and the second leak cover are installed inside the bottle to be accepted to the internal space; and an elastic member adding the elastic force so that the second leak cover can be closely adhered to the first leak cover.
