PURPOSE: A recovering method for slag which is not magnetically recovered and high specific gravity materials manufactured using the same are provided to obtain high value slag by collecting iron from the slag which is not magnetically recovered. CONSTITUTION: A recovering method for slag which is not magnetically recovered comprises the following steps: preparing the slag which is not magnetically recovered; mixing the slag with quicklime; heating the slag which is mixed with the quicklime; cooling the heated slag; and collecting iron from the slag by assorting the cooled slag using magnetic force. The quicklime is mixed with a ratio of 5.4-7.5 parts by weight per the slag 100.0 parts by weight.
