PURPOSE: A light receiving device array including a current-blocking layer and a method for fabrication the same are provided to prevent crosstalk between unit light receiving devices by arranging unit receiving devices on a current block layer to separate the unit light receiving device from each other. CONSTITUTION: A light receiving device array comprises a base substrate, a current blocking layer(13), and a plurality of unit cells. The current blocking layer is arranged on the base substrate. A plurality of unit cells are separated from each other on the current block layer. The each unit cell comprises the unit light receiving device having a first semiconductor layer, a photoelectric transformation layer(22), and a second semiconductor which are arranged in order.
