FORMING METHOD

PURPOSE: A flange forming method is provided to maximize the rigidity of a molded flange by placing an extension flange part perpendicular to the transfer direction. CONSTITUTION: A flange forming method is as follows. A steel sheet(1) is blanked with a blanking die comprising a cutting blade so that a piece(2) for molding is formed. The molding piece is shaped with a press to form an extension flange part which is folded in the opposite direction to the blanked direction. The molding piece is turned upside down before transferred to the press.
