PURPOSE: A transfer device of clothes and a transfer method thereof are provided to express colors of transfer paper and original colors of the clothes at the same time, and to reduce operation time by transfer-printing the both sides of the clothes at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device of clothes includes an upper heat plate(300a), upper side transfer paper(200a), a lower heat plate(300b), and lower transfer paper(200b). A transfer method of the clothes includes the following steps: putting the lower side transfer paper on the lower heat plate; putting the clothes(100) on the lower transfer paper; forming an overlapped part or a twisted part to set the clothes; putting the upper side transfer paper on the set clothes; transferring patterns or the colors of the clothes by attaching the upper heat plate on the lower heat plate.
