PURPOSE: A magnetism information processing apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase an information processing capacity and a processing speed by forming a magnetic substance to have a multiple hall resistance state. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic substance layer(903) is formed on a substrate(901). The substrate includes a crystal structure. The magnetic substance layer includes the magnetic material including a multi-shaft magnetism anisotropic property. The magnetic material includes the crystal structure. A magnetic field sanctioning means(905) sanctions the magnetic field on the magnetic material. A resistance measuring means(907) measures a resistance value of the magnetic material.
