<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the air sealing material is provided, which can save the charging time, and automatically seals the air after charging. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of the air sealing material capable of opening the air valve naturally includes the steps: a step of offering two inner films(1a,1b) including the relative first side and second side; a step of spreading more than one heat-proof material(1c) between the first side of two inner films; a step of locating two inner films between two outer films by piling up two outer films; a step of forming one air filling path(9) and plural air columns(6) between two outer films; a step of interlinking the air filling path with air column by forming a plurality of air supply nozzles; a step of forming a plurality of heat sealing blocks on the side of the air supply nozzles; a step that the gas is charged and then the air filling path is swollen, and two outer films are opened outward in the lengthwise direction, finally contracted in the cross direction; and a step that the air supply nozzle is opened and then the gas enters the air supply nozzle.</p> |
