HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to prevent the leakage of a heat pipe and to omit a fixing means for fixing a header. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger comprises: a plurality of heat pipes(10); a housing(20) which is formed with a pair of supporting plates(21) and a pair of side plates(22) and passes in order that a hot air flow flows through the orthogonal direction with the heat pipe; and a plurality of headers(30) which covers both end parts of the heat pipe which is projected to the outside of the supporting plate so that water flows to zigzag. A pair of the supporting plates is welded with both end parts of the heat pipe with the both end parts the heat pipe which are penetrated. A pair of the side plates interlinks the both end parts of the supporting plate and is parallelly arranged with the heat pipe. Penetrated combining holes(41) are welded on the outer side surface of the supporting plate. The heat pipe is welded on the surface of the penetrated bonding hole. An auxiliary supporting plate(40) is combined along the edge of the header.
