STEAM OVEN FOR BEING COOKABLE AT A LOW TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A steam oven is provided to keep food inside a cavity by maintaining the low temperature of the inside of the cavity according to requirements. CONSTITUTION: A steam oven comprises a cooling device(116) and a cooking controller(120). The cooling device injects cold air through a cool air nozzle inside a cavity. The cooking controller is installed on one sidewall of them main with an operation panel. The cooling device controls the operation of the cooling device and injects cold air to the cavity, thereby cooking low temperature foods.
