PURPOSE: A gypsum pack composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to remove skin waste and supply nutrition with improved convenience. CONSTITUTION: A heat generating pack composition for massage contains 10-50 weight parts of mixture solvent of glycerin, butylenes glycol, or propylene glycol; 10-40 weight parts of crystalline aluminosilicate; 10-40 weight parts of mixture powder of gypsum power and inorganic powder; 1-20 weight parts of tackifier, 0.1-0.3 weight parts of antiseptic, and 5-10 weight parts of natural additive. A method for manufacturing the composition comprises: a dissolving 1.0-70 weight parts of crystalline aluminosilicate in 10-50 weight parts of mixture solvent of glycerin, butylenes glycol, and propylene to obtain a heat generating pack base; a step of stirring gypsum powder and inorganic powder in a certain weight ratio to obtain mixture powder; a step of mixing 0.1-30 weight parts of mixture powder with the heat generating pack base to obtain a gypsum pack paste; and a step of mixing with 1-20 weight parts of tackifier, 0.1-0.3 weight parts of antiseptic, and 5-10 weight parts of natural additive to obtain the composition.
