PURPOSE: A vehicle body member connecting device is provided to secure the rigidity of a car body by preventing member from separating each other and to absorb impact. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle body member connecting apparatus comprises: a first member which is installed in a car body; a second member which includes a joint member(120) whose one side is overlapped with the one end(320) of the first member which includes a slot hole(126) of the longitudinal direction; a coupling bracket(500) wherein a fixing unit(520) is formed in both ends of the coupling bracket and which is combined with the joint member of the second member by the fixing unit; and a fastener(700) whose both ends are fixed through the first member in order not to be flown.
