PURPOSE: An electric leakage detector of an electro mobile is provided to detect spot where an electric leakage of a battery pack is generated by using differences between detection voltages of a detection resistor connected to a first and a second switches. CONSTITUTION: A first switch(SW31) and a second switch(SW32) are serially connected between a maximum electric potential terminal and a minimum electric potential terminal of the battery pack(110). One end of the detection resistor is connected to the common contact point of the first switch and the second switch. A measurement electric potential is connected to the gap between the other end of the detection resistor and a vehicle body and supplies the electric potential to the battery pack. A third switch(SW33) is connected to the gap between the other end of the detection resistor and the vehicle body and supplies the measurement electric potential to the battery pack. A fourth switch(SW34) is connected between the other end of the detection resistor and the vehicle body detection resistor in parallel with the third switch.
