PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying fixed organic sludge is provided to reduce dust by producing the dried sludge products to pellets, and to reduce repair costs of the apparatus while efficiently and economically drying the sludge. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for drying fixed organic sludge comprises the following: an inlet(12) formed on the top of the apparatus; a drying part on which an outlet is formed on the bottom of the apparatus; a hot wind injection part(20) injecting hot wind to the organic sludge; a hot wind discharge part(30) discharging the hot wind used in a drying part; and a hot wind distribution part with a plurality of distribution members(41,42). The apparatus for drying the fixed organic sludge further includes an adjusting part(60) installed on the outlet.
