PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and an organic light emitting display device including the same are provided to maximize light efficiency by stacking a fluorescent blue light emitting layer, a fluorescent or fluorescent/phosphorescent green light emitting layer, and a phosphorescent red light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting layer(383) is formed on a first electrode(191). The first light emitting layer is made of fluorescent materials. The first light emitting layer emits blue light. A second light emitting layer(393) is formed on the first light emitting layer. The second light emitting layer includes a first sub light emitting layer and a second sub light emitting layer. The first sub light emitting layer is made of phosphor. The second sub light emitting layer is made of the fluorescent material or the mixture of the fluorescent material and the phosphorescent material. An intermediate layer is formed between the first light emitting layer and the second light emitting layer. A second electrode(270) is formed on the second light emitting layer.
