PURPOSE: A door glass regulator of a vehicle is provided to improve the durability of a door glass mounting and a glass run by minimizing a generating moment in the door mounting part. CONSTITUTION: The door glass regulator of a vehicle comprises: a main guide rail(10) which is fixed in the bottom part of a door grass; a main arm(20) whose one end is connected to the rotary shaft of the motor(M) and the other end is connected to the main guide rail in order to slide and wherein a first flange part(22) is extended in one side; a sub guide rail(30) which is formed to the longitudinal direction of a vehicle in the inside of a door; and a support arm(40) whose one end is connected to the sub guide rail and whose the other end is connected to the main guide rail in order to slide.
