PURPOSE: A data collecting method, a data communications method and an apparatus thereof for easily collecting data are provided to read the collected data through a movement telephone. CONSTITUTION: An access receiving unit(514) requests an access about data from a mobile phone terminal. An access right judging unit(516) determines whether the access is allowed about the data based on an identification number. In case the mobile terminal has a right to access, a data transmission unit(518) transmits the data to the mobile terminal.
