PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for providing a constant small quantity of micro-particles are provided to enable a constant supply of a small quantity of solid micro-particles. CONSTITUTION: Micro-particles are inserted into an internal space(12) of a receiving container(10). A particle transfer gas at a fixed flow rate and speed flows into the internal space of the receiving container. The receiving container vibrates with a fixed amplitude so that the micro-particles accepted in the receiving container are dispersed to the particle transfer gas. As the internal space of the receiving container is reduced at the fixed rate, a fixed amount of the micro-particles dispersed to the particle transfer gas is discharged through a particle suction pipe connected to the internal space of the receiving container. The discharged micro-particles are provided to a target place.
