PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus for a rolling roll is provided to maximize the cooling effect of rolling products by keeping the position of the cooling nozzle with respect to the rolling roll. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus for a rolling roll comprises a plate(2), a stand, and a transfer unit. A nozzle is fixed to one end of the plate which are positioned close to rolling rolls(R1,R2). The stand is installed on both sides of the rolling roll. The transfer unit is installed between the stand and the plate in order to move the plate in the cross direction of the rolling roll.
