PURPOSE: A pixel barrier forming method of a large substrate for minimizing the droop of the substrate by adding magnetic material on a substrate for a flat display device is provided to improve production yield by preventing the defect of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A photoresist film(P100) is spread on the top of a substrate. A magnetic substance is added on the photoresist film. The soft baking and hard baking of the substrate operate after the drying of the substrate(P110). The mask is installed in the baked substrate. The substrate is exposed(P120). The photoresist film is developed with a developer. The developed substrate is washed(P140). |
