PURPOSE: A door for a heating furnace is provided to reduce the total weight and prevent overload by spreading castables except for the middle of a door base. CONSTITUTION: A door for a heating furnace comprises a door base, a plurality of ceramic refractories(1), and castables(2). The door base is formed out of metal. The ceramic refractories formed in the shape of rectangular block are installed inside a heating furnace and fixed to the door base with a fastening member while in contact with each other. The castables are spread to surround the door base except for the ceramic refractories. |
