PURPOSE: A propeller shaft having an impact absorbing structure is provided to improve the absorbing efficiency of impact energy and to reduce processing costs to form a structure which absorbs impact energy. CONSTITUTION: The propeller shaft having an impact absorbing structure comprises: a first partial shaft(10) wherein a first spline forming part is formed in the outer circumference; a protrusion(12) which is formed in the rear end area of the first spline forming part along the outer circumference; a second spline forming part(21) which is combined with the first spline forming part of the first partial shaft; and a second partial shaft(20) which slides and absorbs the impact with fracturing the protrusion When impact is applied to the axial direction of the first part shaft. The protrusion is formed along the outer circumference of the first partial shaft.
