A METHOD OF FABRICATING CELLULOSE ACYLATE FILM

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a cellulose acylate film is provided to manufacture the cellulose acylate film having uniform mechanical and optical properties in a width direction of the film by improving unevenness of the properties which is generated due to a drawing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a cellulose acylate film using a liquid film formation method comprises a preheating process in a tenter, a drawing process, and a heat fixing process. Each process satisfies the following conditions. The conditions are Tg-10°C<=T_1<=Tg+30°C, 95%<=F<=150%, Tg<=T_2<=Tm, and T_2e<=T_2c. In the conditions, Tg is a glass transition temperature of the film and Tm is a melting point of the film. T_1 is a preheating process temperature and F is a drawing ratio(%) of the film.
