PURPOSE: A complex optical film is provided to prevent the dark dot or the luminous dot phenomenon by reducing a contacting area of two optical sheets adhered to the end of the micro lens. CONSTITUTION: A complex optical film(100) is formed into a first optical sheet(110) and a second optical sheet(120). The micro lens(130) of nano or micro size is formed on one side of bonding surfaces of the first optical sheet and the second optical sheet. Two optical sheets are adhered to a pointed end(131) of each micro lens. A porous layer is formed on the pointed end of each micro lens.
