PURPOSE: An automatic processing system and a method of a fluid sample is provided to obtain the wide diversity of a parallel processing of the fluid sample without re-mounting a new fluid container. CONSTITUTION: An automatic processing system(100) of a fluid sample comprises more than one storing and processing device(101) to store and process a fluid container(102) including the fluid sample automatically. The storing and processing device comprises the following: more than one storing member(103) including plural storing positions(108) to store the fluid container; and a handler(117) automatically transporting the fluid container to the storing position. The storing member also includes more than two storing levels(106,107).
