PURPOSE: A device and a method for recommending product and product vender based on artificial intelligence are provided to predict sensibility and purchase behavior which is changing and reflect a specific taste of individual users, thereby optimized product. CONSTITUTION: A behavior analyzing unit(210) generates result of analyzing behavior of user in a real time. A product analyzing unit(220) generates result of analyzing product through relation analysis between characters of products. AIRAS(Artificial Intelligence Ranking Analysis System)(100) measures ranking of a product and ranking of a product vendor through reflection of the result of analyzing behavior of user in a real time and result of analyzing product in a real time. A vendor recommendation unit(230) calculates ranking of relation between the product and the product vendor. The vendor recommendation information generates product vendor information corresponding to purchasing behavior of a user.
