<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high strength steel plate is provided to improve the bake hardenability of a steel sheet without additional facility or a large amount of alloying elements. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high strength steel plate comprises the steps of hot finish-rolling at an outlet side temperature of 840~950°C, cold-rolling at a cold rolling reduction rate of 45~80%, continuous annealing at a temperature of 740~860°C, cooling to a temperature of 250~600°C at a cooling rate of 3~100°C, and over-aging at a temperature of 350~450°C.</p> |
