<p>A pharmaceutical composition having a form of tablets containing bisphosphonic acid derivative substituted by amino groups contains the cores based on carbohydrate alcohol, preferably mannitol, uniformly dispersed in a homogenous blend of an active ingredient and excipients. Aledronic acid sodium salt trihydrate is used as bisphosphonic derivative. Described is also a method for the production of said pharmaceutical composition.</p> |
