PURPOSE: A regenerative braking control device of a vehicle is provided to supplement the durability of a transmission by performing rise control of motor torque before changing a gear. CONSTITUTION: An inverter(101) converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage according to a driving signal of a hybrid ECU(Electronic Control Unit). A motor(102) drives a driving wheel(107). A vehicle speed sensor senses the speed of a vehicle. A hydraulic brake brakes the driving wheel. A vehicle controller(103) distributes the required regenerative force of a motor. The controller controls a transmission(106) to increase the torque of the motor when the speed of the motor is reduced.
