HEAT INSULATING DEVICE FOR PIPE CONVEYING FLUID

PURPOSE: A heat insulation device for fluid pipes of a ship is provided to prevent freezing and burst of fluid pipes by continuously the hot air by a heater to the fluid pipes through electric heating wires. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulation device for fluid pipes of a ship comprises a fluid pipe(100), glass fiber fabric(110), a heater pipe(120), a heat insulating layer(140), and an outer insulating layer(150). The fluid pipe is formed out of a metal material and allows for passage of fluid. The glass fiber fabric is formed on the outer surface of the fluid pipe. The heater pipe is in contact with the outer surface of the glass fiber fabric. An electric heating wire(130) connected to an external power supply is accepted in the heater pipe which transfers the heat generated by the electric heating wire to the fluid pipe. The heat insulating layer insulates the fluid pipe and the heater pipe. The outer insulation layer is formed on the outer surface of the heat insulating layer for protection.
