PURPOSE: A V-shaped groove cutting machine is provided to reduce times and costs for manufacturing a channel sign by efficiently forming a V-shaped groove on a channel frame with a tacker work. CONSTITUTION: A V-shaped groove cutting machine comprises a fixing unit(110), a guide unit(130), and a V-shaped cutting edge(150). The fixing unit fixes a channel frame(10) on a part to be bent. The V-shaped groove is formed in the channel frame. The guide unit is combined on the fixing unit. In order to form the V-shaped groove in the fixed channel frame by the fixing unit, the guide unit guides the linear motion of the V-shaped cutting edge. The V-shaped cutting edge linearly moves due to the pressure of the piston along a guide rail(137) of the guide unit and forms the V-shaped groove in the channel frame. |
