PURPOSE: A relay lens and a display device thereof are provided to reflect light passing through a lens unit to the lens unit again by using a reflection unit. CONSTITUTION: A light outputted from a first imager(120) passes through a lens unit(140). A reflection unit(160) reflects the light passing through the lens unit to the lens unit. The lens unit is formed into a convex lens and a concave lens. The lens unit is formed into the telecentric lens. The lens unit is formed into the achromatic doublet lens. An optical path conversion unit(130) converts the route of the light coming out from the first imager into the lens unit. The optical path conversion unit converts the route of the light passing through the lens unit into a second imager(180).
