PURPOSE: A branched steel pipe manufacturing apparatus and method using an automatic system are provided to obtain products of uniform quality and size by feeding raw materials into the automatic system. CONSTITUTION: A branched steel pipe manufacturing apparatus using an automatic system comprises a press(10), first through third forming rolls(12,14,18), a burring device(13), a high-frequency welder(15), and first and second cutting machines(16,19). The press comprises a pinch roller(4), a hoop cage(5), a leveler(6), first and second hoop guides(7,11), an NC feeder(8), and a mold(9). A raw material of roll form passes through the press so that through holes are formed in the raw material, and then the perforated raw material passes through the first and the second roll to be bent into a circular shape. A weld bead is removed from a welded surface using the first and the second cutting machines.
