PURPOSE: A structure and a method for connecting a wire for a motor are provided to prevent disconnection of a wiring part in the motor by dually protecting a wring part of the motor through a thermal shrinkable tube and an insulation sheet. CONSTITUTION: A coil(140) is wound around a stator(100) to form a magnetic field. A harness(180) is connected to the coil. The harness is formed by surrounding a plurality of cores with an insulation coating. A splice directly connects the core and the coil by pressing the ends of the core and the coil. A thermal shrinkable tube surrounds the wiring part connected by the splice. An insulation sheet doubly surrounds the heat shrinkable tube. The coil is an aluminum magnet wire.
