PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring relation degree in a wired and wireless convergence network based on an IP multimedia subsystem are provided to automatically relation degree among subscribers by analyzing profile information and communication information, thereby providing an intellectualized and personalized service according to a contents user. CONSTITUTION: An intimacy degree measuring device includes a DAM(Data Aggregation Manager)(4120) and an RIO(Relation Information Organizer)(4130). The DAM generates profile summary data from subscriber profile information. The DAM generates communication history summary data from communication information. The RIO generates relation information from the profile summary data and the communication history summary data.
