PURPOSE: A foldable bilge keel for a ship is provided to reduce rolling by keeping an extension member unfolded while a ship is sailing or a marine construction is in a floating state. CONSTITUTION: A foldable bilge keel for a ship comprises a flat body(10), an extension member(20), and a driving part. The body is projected on both sides of the bottom of a hull. The extension member is pivoted on the body to extend the length of the body. The driving part is coupled to the extension member and provides power for folding and unfolding the extension member.
