MECHOD FOR PRODUCING SOLID FUEL FROM REFUSE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a solid fuel product by using waste resources is provided to effectively deodorize foul odor produced from the waste resources, to restrict toxic materials produced from the waste resources, and to control the emission quantity of poisonous gas produced in a combustion process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a solid fuel product comprises the following steps; dividing impurities from collected waste resources after collecting the waste resources can be burned with waste, waste plastic or a waste tire; pulverizing the waste resources in which the impurities are removed; mixing 65~75 weight% of the crushed waste resources, 10~15 weight% of the zeolite powder, 10~15 weight% of sea stone powder, and 5 weight% of the yellow soil; softening after a mixture which is heated at 250~300°C; and discharging the softened mixture through a discharger to make a shape and size of the mixture.
