PURPOSE: A seatback airbag interlocked with an active headrest is provided to prevent a neck injury by installing an airbag, which is able to support a shoulder part, by interlocking the operation of an active headrest. CONSTITUTION: A seatback airbag(500) interlocked with an active headrest comprises an active headrest(300) which supports the head(H) of passenger by projecting during a rear collision. The seat back airbag is placed in the top of the seat back in a vehicle(100) and is built in a seat cover. The seat back airbag is unfolded with the projection of the active headrest from the seat back during the rear collision and supports the connecting part(C) between the shoulder(S) and the neck(N) of a passenger. The seat back airbag is inflated in the inner side of the seat cover and projected to the front of the seat back during the rear collision. |
