PURPOSE: A touch-pen for a capacitive touch panel is provided to input a signal accurately at a desirable position when inputting a signal or character and prevent a malfunction when writing a character. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric(1) includes a dielectric material, has elasticity to increase the contact area when contracting a touch panel, and is made of a film(6) which is accepted to a pen(3) and exposes some portion thereof. The pan accepts the dielectric, and contacts the touch panel by exposing the end portion of the dielectric. An upper hand(4) is coupled to the pen, and maintains the exposed state when being coupled to the pen.
